Selective brands we use

At Auto Fix, we don’t use budget brands for servicing or braking components. Lower-quality brakes can lead to squealing, warped discs, premature wear, and excessive brake dust. That dust doesn’t just dirty your alloys — it can also release fine metal and carbon particles into the air, soil, and waterways.

As a Brembo Expert Garage, we offer highly competitive pricing on Brembo braking systems and fit premium brands as standard. Brembo is always our first choice where available. If stock is limited, we’ll install an equivalent premium or carefully selected approved brand that meets our strict quality standards.

Our premium brake range includes Brembo, Apec, TRW, and Febi. In many cases, our Brembo options are priced similarly — or even lower — than some competitors’ budget brands, simply because we focus on quality, not inflated margins.

At Auto Fix, quality comes first — in the parts we fit and the service we deliver. Premium workmanship, without premium dealership pricing.

For specialist or performance vehicles, genuine manufacturer parts can also be supplied on request, including brands such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Bentley.

Brake Fluid Change

Your brakes should be checked regularly — not just in the week leading up to your MOT.

Brake fluid operates at temperatures of up to 230°C, but over time it absorbs moisture. Water boils at 100°C, and when this moisture turns into vapour under heavy braking, it becomes compressible — reducing braking efficiency when you need it most.

For this reason, a brake fluid change is recommended every two years. If left too long, moisture build-up can cause the fluid to boil during braking, leading to reduced performance, a spongy brake pedal, and in extreme cases, brake failure — often resulting in costly repairs.

If your brake pedal feels soft or spongy, it could be a sign that your brake fluid needs attention.

Brake fluid service for just £75.00.
